Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties: the Seller [legal name, address, registry no.] and the Buyer placing the order.
2. Subject: the sale and delivery of the items the Buyer orders on this site.
3. Item, price and payment details are listed in the order summary and the pre-information form.
4. Delivery: items are shipped to the Buyer’s address; delivery never exceeds 30 days.
5. Right of withdrawal: 14 days for ready-made items. None for personalised (made-to-measure) items.
6. Disputes: consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts have jurisdiction.
